Today was a cardio day for P90X so I switched that out for basketball. Burned a total of 1300 calories between B-ball and sauna. Although I have done the Plyometric Cardio Circuit DVD several times it still kicked my butt. Although the workouts are shorter than P90X they seem just as long.. I must say that this is the first time I felt like Plyometrics was a little easy for me. Maybe it is the &lt;a href="http://products.fitnesscoachca.com"&gt;INSANITY&lt;/a&gt; sneek peek or the &lt;a href="http://shakeology.fitnesscoachca.com"&gt;Shakeology&lt;/a&gt; but I nailed plyometrics on a super extreme level today. I can already tell this round of P90X is going to change my body even more. I tell ya what though... I am glad I have my &lt;a href="http://products.fitnesscoachca.com"&gt;P90X recovery drink&lt;/a&gt;.. yeah I talk about it all the time because the stuff works. Don't get me wrong I still get sore after workouts but I know what it feels like without it. Finished all the exercises and increased weight by 20 lbs on each weighted exercise. Right now I am enjoying my lovely P90X Recovery Formula.. this stuff is magic. This time around I am going for more size and less reps. Looking forward to seeing how much my body will change.
