P90X Day 4 Yoga X Done

This update is a day late. I went to sleep right after I was done. Still have to challenge myself to get this workout done. It's my least favorite workout but when I am done I am very proud that I finished.

P90X Day 3 Shoulders and Arms plus Ab Ripper X Done

Increased weight by 10 lbs on each exercise. Ab Ripper X is still a bit of a struggle and I think it is because my body is so beat by the time I get to it. Overall today was a good day just very sore in this round probably because I am able to push myself much more than the last rounds of the program... 3rd time may just be the charm.

P90X Day 2 Plyometrics Done

Wow.. I must say that this is the first time I felt like Plyometrics was a little easy for me. Maybe it is the INSANITY sneek peek or the Shakeology but I nailed plyometrics on a super extreme level today. I can already tell this round of P90X is going to change my body even more. I tell ya what though... I am glad I have my P90X recovery drink.. yeah I talk about it all the time because the stuff works. Don't get me wrong I still get sore after workouts but I know what it feels like without it. I ran out one time and my body was screaming bloody murder the next morning lol

P90X Day 1 Chest & Back plus Ab Ripper X Done

This is the third time doing P90X and believe me it's still intense. Finished all the exercises and increased weight by 20 lbs on each weighted exercise. Right now I am enjoying my lovely P90X Recovery Formula.. this stuff is magic. This time around I am going for more size and less reps. Looking forward to seeing how much my body will change. I did not take before pictures this round so look for 3o day pictures in 29 days.
